It Started with a Conversation
In 2020 my wife (Heather) and I (Fr. Andrew) were chatting in the car. We realized that after the pandemic we wanted to get back to a tradition with a formal liturgy (order of worship). We had been in the informal church world for a while, and felt God nudge us back towards our liturgical backgrounds. I told Heather that because there were not many opportunities nearby, we would have to plant...she immediately said she could get behind that. Surprisingly, the local Bishop said the same thing. The seeds of the Darke County Anglican Mission were planted that day. We have launched and are hoping that God will sprout a community of people who want to worship according the Book of Common Prayer.
Welcome to the Darke County Anglican Mission!
The goal of DCAM is to reach Northern Darke County through the Biblical and Liturgical worship of the Anglican Book of Common Prayer.
